You deserve postpartum care.
Are you pregnant and wondering…
𖦹 What will postpartum REALLY be like?
𖦹 How can I set up support now to be successful postpartum?
𖦹 I am so new at this, what will I even need?
OR…
𖦹 I am already managing raising other littles, how will I make space for taking care of myself?
Are you in the midst of new parenthood, and have you thought,
Nobody told me…
𖦹 How parenting would blur my sense of who I am?
𖦹 How much unsolicited advice I would have to navigate about parenting and adjusting to this new family shape?
𖦹 That parts of my birth story could be traumatic, even if “everyone was healthy?”
𖦹 How difficult breastfeeding/chestfeeding could be?
𖦹 That loneliness is a common theme for new parents?
𖦹 That I can be nourished while taking care of babes?
𖦹 It is my postpartum right to feel seen + heard, supported + held?

At Heart Centered Postpartum, I am here to support YOU.
Hi, I’m Chloe!
⟡ I am a trained postpartum doula through Whole Body Pregnancy, which has prepared me to serve my clients through an anti-racist, trauma-informed lens in the traditional postpartum needs of a birthing parent and their family.
⟡ I am a powerful space holder for a wide range of feelings. I went through my own unprepared, challenging postpartum period and have come out the other side!
⟡ I come from a line of kitchen witches and I will prepare nourishing, supportive (and most importantly, comforting!) meals, specifically for the postpartum healing body.
⟡ I feel most connected to my clients, myself, and am guided by ancestors when holding clients in a space of self-care or ceremony.
⟡ My background is in occupational therapy and I am a Certified Breastfeeding Specialist. I have worked with many babies and families around feeding, roles and routines over the past 13 years.
What is a Postpartum Doula?
A postpartum doula is a trained professional who comes to your home to support the family and healing of the postpartum person during this tender period of transition.
This can look like support for emotional and physical recovery, guidance with infant feeding, incorporating new roles for siblings, nourishing meal prep and light tidying.
A postpartum doula “lightens the load” and assists the family in adjusting to their new roles. They can be an extra pair of hands to provide support and guidance as needed. They are a non-biased support person and a critical part of the birthing person’s team.
“Chloe is the perfect type of person you would want in your postpartum space. She is skilled, kind, respectful, helpful, gentle when you need it and firm when necessary. She has many services to offer depending on what I needed that week and she was super flexible. I most enjoyed the meditations and spiritual insight such as pulling tarot cards since I was really struggling with feeling blue and lacking space for self care. I highly recommend Heart Centered Postpartum.”
-Shelby, knows she deserves space for self care
